Mix in large bowl;:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup plus 2 Tablespoons stone ground cornmeal
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix in another bowl:
1 egg, whisked,
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons low-fat milk
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Combine wet and dry ingredients just until combined and cook on an oiled griddle. Batter will be fairly thick.
